Wonderful Stay!

The location is great. The staff was very cute upon arrival and valeted my car to a nearby parking garage. The room service acted fast, politely, and all requests were promptly handled! I appreciated the spacious room and the quietness on the floor.

The minibar was nice, but I thought some of the furniture needed a slight update. Otherwise, everything was amazing.

The staff are attentive and polite. I found the evening service lovely. Housekeeping prepared the room again in the evening. They provided fresh towels and tidied everything. A nice touch of luxury.

impersonal check-in inconsistent turndown

i was initially impressed by the hotel's central location , but some aspects left me wanting more. the process at check-in felt a bit impersonal , lacking the warmth i expect from a high-end hotel. despite the elegant setting , the service felt somewhat detached , and i noticed minor wear and tear in my "superior room king". also , the promised turndown service was inconsistent , leaving me to wonder about the attention to detail.
